EIGHTH: Ea~h of the parties hereto represents that he or '

she has not contracted and will not hereinafter contract any
debt, charge or liability in the name or upon the credit of
the other or for which the other or the estate of the other
might or could become liable, and agrees, in any event, to
indemnify and hold the other and the estatQ of the other harm-
less therefrom in all respects, except as to the Husband's

agreement to pay the Wife's or~inary and reasonable living ~ ~
expenses to date of her removal from the marital home located~ :
at 2925 Nor~h Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, or to .
the date of Final Judgment~ whichever shall occur first. ~

~ i~ NINTH: The Husband and the Wife shall each retain all
~ effects and property which now belongs to each of them, `
respectiveZy, wherever located, as and for his or her own
property, free an~d clear of any claims thereon of whatsoever
~ nature by either of them against the other. It is expressly
~ understood that the Wife may remove her persona2 effects and ~
: belongings from the home described above. ~
TENTH : The Wif e shal.l have custody of TORLIEF RAYMOt1D

~ LEIN anrl MALCOLM ERIC LEIN, with reasonable visitation rights
~ reserved to the Husband. The Husband and the Wife shall have
~ joint custody of MATTHEW CHARLES LEZN and M~ELISSA-JOAN BUNTING
LEIN, with primary custody given to the wishes and desires of ~
said children as to their selection of place of residence,

reserving at all times to the other party reasonable and liberal~
visitation rights. Tf~e Husband shall pay child support in the
amount of One Hundred Dollars ($I00.00) per month, per child. ~
The Husband shall also pay private school tuition for the
children.
ELEVENTH: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
Agreement, the Wife agrees to release and does hereby release
: any and all claims of the Wife to or upon the propert}i of the
Husband and his estate, whether real or personal, and whether
