I~RTGAGE CONSOLIDATION, M~DIFICATION, SUBORDINATION
AND GUARANTEE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this /o ~ day of ~Jc~ ~y
A.D., 1978, among PORT ST. LUCIE LANES, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion, hereafter referred to as the "M~ortgagor"; DAVID G. WILLBUR
INSURANCE, INC.. a Florida carporation,~hereafter referred to
as the "Mortgagee", and WILLIAM E. (~OULD CONSTRUCTION, INC., a
Florida corporation, hereafter referred to as the "Guarantor".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee is the owner and holder of mortgages
and promisso ry notes secured thereby executed by the Mortgagor
and described as follows:
(a) Mortgage dated February 23, 1978, securing tw~o notes:
one fo r$37,355.00 payable February 23, 1979, together with
87o per annum pay.able at maturity; and one for $37,355.00 pay-
able February 23, 1980, together with 8% per annum until paid,
interest payable annually, as_recorded in Official Record Book
282 at page 1234 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and

(b) Mortgage to MorCgagee dated February 23, 1978, secur-

~ ing a promissory note in the amount of $14,118.23, payable on
° January 15, 1979, together with 8% per annum, interest payable

~ on maturity, as recorded in Official Record Book 282 at page
i 1238 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Each

~ of the said mortgages encumbering real property in St. Lucie

~ County, Florida, described as follows:
~ Lot 2, Block 3, MODEL LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, as per
; plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, Page 41, of the~
; Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less and
i excepting therefrom the following parcels:
