HomeMy WebLinkAbout0854 Furthermore, during the terms of this Agreement the Guarantor hereby covenants and agrees: (1) To pay all and singular the taxes. assessments, levies, liabilities, obligations and encumbrances of every nature, on said described property each and every, and if the same be not promptly paid the said Mortgagee may at any time pay the same without waiving or effecting the option to foreclose or any right hereunder, and every payment so made shall bear interest from date thereof at a rate of 8% per annum. (2) To pay all and singular-the costs, charges, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred or paid at any ti.me by said Mortgagee because of the failure on the part of the said Mortgagor to perforn, comply with and abide by each and every stipulation, agreement, conditions and covenants of the said prom- issory notes and mortgages invalidated by this Agreement, and every such payment shall bear interest from date at the rate of 8% per annum.
