Before me, the undersigned authority, appeared

FRANK H. FEE, who, after being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of all the facts
stated herein.
2. That he is a practicing attorney in the city of
Fort Pierce, Florida, and is a member of the firm of
Fee, Koblegard & Teel, with offices at 121 Orange Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. That he is the surviving brother of Margaret Fee
Duggan, deceased.
4. That his said sister was the grantor in that
certain warranty deed from Margaret Fee tc~ Eugai
DeFriest and Helen R. DeFriest, his wife, dated June 17,
' 1942 and recorded on June 18, 1942, in Deed Book 102 at
! page 373, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
