Assi~omest of Reat~ Appointmeot ot Recelver. As additional security heeeunder. Borrower hereby usigns to Lender the rents of the Propeny. provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandoa- ment of the Property, have the right to co0~ct and retain such nnts aa they become due snd payabk. Upon accelentio~ under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property. Leader shall be entitlcd to have a receiver appointed by a court to enter upon. take possession of and managt the Property and to collect the re~ts of the Property. i~cluding those past due. Upon request by Borrower, Lender. at Lender s option within twenty yean from the date of this Mongage. may make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advanca, with interest theroon, shaU be secured by this Mortgage when evideaced by promissory nota stating that said notes are secured hereby.
