FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER having come before this Court,without the
intervention of a jury, for trial., and the Court having heard
the testimony, received the evidence and heard argument of
counsel, m3kes the following findings of fact and law.
1. The evidence presented prov~s that Plaintiff sold
the repossessed equipment in accordance with the laws of the
State of Florida for the sum of Ten Thousand Five Ilundred
Dollars ($10.500.OQ) at public auction; and,
2. I3ased thereon, the Plaintiff has proved it suffered
damages in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Six liundred Eighty
Seven Dollars and Eighty Two Cents ($16,687.82);
3. Iiowever, the Court finds that, as a matter of law,
the reasonable sale price of said equipment should have been
Sixteen Thousand, Seven Iiundred Fifty Dollars ($16,750.00),
anc3 based thereon,
IT IS ORD~RGD AND ADJUDGF•.D:
That the Plaintiff shall have and r2cover from the
Defendant the sum of Ten Thousand Four Fiundred Thirty Seven
