The following described lands located in Home Acres, Unit 2,
Revised Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 42, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: From the Southwest corner
of Lot 20, run North 222 feet to the point of beginning, thence
run East parallel with the South line of said Lot 20, a distance
of 112 feet, thence run North 65.88 feet to the South line of
Avenue B, thence run West 112 feet, thence run South 65.84 feet
to the point of beginning.
Subject to that certain indenture of mortgage dated November
4, 1977, between Raymond P. Lein and Joan S. Lein, his wife, and
First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, in the
original principal sum of $21,600.00, which by the acceptance
