Book 12, pages 12 A thru 12D. public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Bernard Ovsiew and June Ovsiew, his wife, who, upon first being duly sworn,
did depose and say that they acquired title to captioned real estate by deed
from Maurice Shapiro and Barbara Shapiro, his wife, which is recorded in

Affiants further say that they are the mortgagors named and who
executed a mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce dated May 31, 1978, recorded in O. R. Book 289, page 226 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, even though the sur name of
these affiants was erroneously typed in said mortgage as being OSVIEW;
and these affiants do say that said mortgage is their act and deed notwith-
standing the scrivener's error by these affiants described.
