2. Any and every reference to the interest in property
to be acquired by the partnership, or as the location for
~ improvements to be constructed by the partnership, in said

Partnership Agreement, shall be construed as referring to
the real property described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
3. The undersigned certify that they are, respectively,
all and every of the General and Limited Partners now having,
or who ever have had, any partnership interest in said
L~mited Partnership, and specifically that they now constitute
all and every of the members thereof.
4. The parties hereto are one and the same as the
persons executing the Lir.?ited Partnership Agreement referred
to above~, and the land is one and the same as the parcel
originally understood by them to be the subject of the
partnership, and the only change is that said land is more ~
accurately described on said Exhibit 1 than on said Exhibit
~~A~~ .
