further ackno~,rledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
~C}tibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor pl~n, ~utd aclano~~ledses tl~at each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tlie successful operation and ma.~age-
ment of the Condominiur~ property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the ownen tlierein. I'urchaser and all ,a~?ners of parcels ~in the aforedescribed
Conclominiwn covenant and ~gree to abide by each and every provision o~ said Declar-
ation of Condominittcrt and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~
conEiYms and appmves all vf the tern~s and provisions of said Dcclaration of Condo-
minium and Exliibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Ol,mers' Association docwnents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acl~o+~ledges and confirn~s
that the Dzclaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Froperty Own~rs' Associ-
ation has encum~bered and impressed a lien upon the Condaninicua parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obli~ations uinder the ~aid Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Prope~ty 0«ners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that aZl «arranties, 2epresentations and inducements, if any, are
as'contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the swzw due under the Property O.~~ners' Association
and other cfiarges are estun3ted only. Ab ~aarranty or guaranty is made or intended,
nor m~y one be relied except ti.~here the same is specifically ~aarranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
