further aclmowled~es receipt o~ and reading and examin~tion of said Ikclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and tloor pl~n, and acl~o?rledges that each ancl
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the succcssful operation and ma.~age-
ment of the Condominiuaa property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners ttierein. Purchaser and all a,mers of parcels ~in tlie aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of CondominiLCn and Exl~ibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
~ conFirms and ap~mves all of the terms and pmvisions of said Dcclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees tliat the assessment ~md~r the
Property O~~nners' Association doctsn~nts referred to aUove and the provisions thereof
are'reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acl~owledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~,mers' Associ-
ation has encund~ered and impressed a lien upon the Cond~iniur.~ parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obli~ations under the szid Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property R.~rcers' Association and said Purcliaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condo.~ninium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all ~~arranLies, representations and inducements, if any, are
as'contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the swiw.due under the Property O«~ners' Association
and other chargcs are estimated only. l~b ~~rarranty or guaranty is made or intended,
nor may one be relied except ~rhere the same is specifically ~~rarranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominivm and the Exhibits attached thereto.
