PREJUDICE AND AUTHORIZING WITHDRAWAL OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
FROM COURT FILE
THIS CAUSE having come to be.heard upon the Motion of the _
Plaintiff herein and the Court havinq considered said Motion and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure
entered by this Court on May 23, 1978, and as Amended on June 20,
1978, is hereby vacated and set aside.
2. That the promissory note and mortgage which is the
subject matter of this action is hereby reinstated effective as
of the date and time said documents were executed and recorded.
~ 3. That this cause is hereby dismissed without

~ prejudice.

f 4. That the Plaintiff shall be entitled to withdraw

! from the Court file the or3ginal promissory note and mortgage

which was the subject matter of this action and the Clerk is
hereby directed to turnover the original said promissory note
and mortgage and substitute therefore xerox copies of said
docwnents .
