for the respective parties pertaining to the time schedules as set
out in the Florida Rules of Apg~ellate Procedure as revised effective
March 1, 1978, being Rules 9.110, 9.200 and 9.210, and the Court ~

being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
_ 1. That Beatrice Jester, Court Reporter, shall have to
and including September 1, 1978 in which to file the transcript
of testimony and proceedings had in the above entitled cause on
March 14 and 15, 1978 and April 27, 1978.
2. That the Clerk of this Court shall have to and
including September 15, 1978 in which to prepare the record as
prescribed by Rule 9.200 and serve copies of the index on a21 the
