DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS AFFECTING LOTS IN
SCNEDUIES "A" AND "B" ATTACHED NERETO. ,
THIS DECLARATlON, made this day of July, 1978 by GENERAL ~
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, hereinafter called Developer.

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of the real property described in
Schedules "A" and "8" attached to this Declaratio~ which property is situate
in that certain plat entitled,First Replat in Port St. Lucie Section Forty-two
according to the plat thereof to be recorded in the Public R~cords of St. Lucie ?
County in Plat Book at page ~ g and desires to create thereon a
planned residential community with permanent parks, recreatior~al areas, open =

spaces, greenbelts and other common facilities for the benefit of the said .

comnunity; and for the maintenance of said parks, recreational areas, ope~

to subject the real property described in Schedules "A" and "B" together with
