That the property desc~ibed in Schedule "B" attached hereto as it appears on the REPLAT OF PORT ST. SECTION 3. ADDITIONS TO EXISTING PROPERTY. Additional land may become ; subject to this Declaration in the following manner: (a) Additions. Upon approval in writing of the Association pursuant to a vote of its members as provided in its Art~cles of Incorporation, the owner of any property who desires to add it to the.scheme of this Declara- tion and to subject it to the jurisdiction of the Association may file or record a Supplementary Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. . MEMBERSHIP.
