POWER OF ATTORNEY
AND AUTHOR 0 PARENTIS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we~ JOSEPH MESSINA and
MIRIAM MESSINA, the parents of ROBYN MESSINA, a minor, of St. Lucie
County, Florida, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these ~
presents do make, constitute and appoint JOSEPH MESSINA, SR. and
ANGELINA MESSINA, of St, Lucie County, Florida. true and lawful
attorneys for us and in our names, place and stead, to act in loco
parentis for our daughCer, ROBYN MESSINA, a minor, giving and granting
unto them, said attorneys, full power and authority to do and perform
all and every act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be
done as if they were the true and lawful parents of said ROBYN MESSINA,
a minor, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we might or could
do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that
said attorneys shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
This Power of Attorney and Authority to Act in Loco Parentis shall
include authority to authorize medical treatment by any physician or
medical facility. This Power of Attorney and Authority to Act in
Loco Parentis shall continue in full force and effect until revoked
by notice in writing which is duly recorded in the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
