The undersigned, as personaZ representatives of the
above estate allege:
1. The decedent, CLEMENCE EDWARD BAUNIItER, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on October 7, 2977, and Letters
of Administratian were issued November 14, 1977.
2. All persons having an interest in this proceeding

ave acknowledged receipt of a copy of this Petition, have
aived the filing of a final or other accounting by the personal ~
representatives, and have consented to the entry of an order ;
discharging the personal representatives without further notice,
earing or waiting period, which acknowledgments, waivers and
consents accompany this Petition.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate, by
king payment, settZement~ or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internam Revenue Service and with the Department

f Revenue of the State of Florida, and have obtained and filed

ith this court evi.dence of the satisfactions of this estate's `

bligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes. if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution

f the assets of,this estate as set forth in the schedule of
distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A. ~
