TEMPORARY ORDER OF COURT
THIS I?iiATTER came before the Court and the Court being
advised in the premises finds the minor children of the parties
are dependent children as defined in F.S.A. Chapter 39 and therefore
are placed in the zempor~.ry custody of Mr. & Mrs. Wes~.ey Garrett,
aua further finding a need for their temporary support as well as
financial assistance for the wife, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The temporary care, custody and contrdl of~(he minor
children, namely:
. Teresa Atchley, born March 31, 1965
Lynda Atchley, born February 16, 196?
Brenda Atchley, born August 31, 1970
Ronda Atchley, born December 25, 2973
is awarded to Mr. & Mrs. Wesley Garrett~ 2929 Jim Johnson Road~ Plant
City, Florida, under the supervision of the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, until further order of this Court.
2. Both Husband and wife herein are hereby directed to
seek appropriate medica2 assistance for the purpose af rehabilitation.
The wife's estimated medical expenses for such rehabilitation is
$2,800.00 and the Husband is directed to pay all expenses incurred
by the wife for said rehabilitation as they become due and payable.
3. The Husband is directed to pay to ~ir. & Nr.s. Garrett
the sum of $100.00 per week as child support, the first payment to be
made on Friday; July 28, 1978, and a like payment each Friday there-
after, until further Order of this Court. ~ -
4. Both Hubert B, Atchley and Betty J. Atchley are hereby
restrained and enjoined from interfering with the custody of the
minor children and are further denied all rights of visitation until
October 1, 1978, at which time visitation shall be allowed in the home
