THOMAS, Husband and PATRICIA CYRUS TftOMAS, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT D*SSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 25th day of July, 1978, and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub- ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably. broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1.- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL J. THOMAS and PATRICIA CYRUS THOMAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli- ; gations arising therefrom. ~ F 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICAAEL AA~OLD THOMAS and ELIZABETH ANN ~ ` THOMAS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded.to MICHAEL J. ~ ~ THOMAS, with reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to PATRICIA CYRUS ~ THOMAS. ~ 3.~ RESTRAINING OI~DER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined- ; and restrained from interferinq with, harassing or annoying, the other. 4. JLtRISDICTION.
