FINAL JUDGMENT
D*SSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 25th day of July, 1978, and
the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably. broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1.- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL J.
THOMAS and PATRICIA CYRUS THOMAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-
; gations arising therefrom.

F 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICAAEL AA~OLD THOMAS and ELIZABETH ANN

` THOMAS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded.to MICHAEL J.
~
~ THOMAS, with reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to PATRICIA CYRUS
~ THOMAS.
~ 3.~ RESTRAINING OI~DER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined-

and restrained from interferinq with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. JLtRISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

~ proper.
