TO THE DEFENDANTS:
JOHN H. WAGNER, JR., and if married WAGNEft, his
wife, if living, and if dead, their unkno~vn heirs, devisees, assigns,
grantees, creditors and all other parties clazmirig by, under or
through the said JOHN H. WAGNER, JR., and if married WAGNER,
his wife, and to any and all persons claiming any right, title and
interest in and to the following described lands, lying and being
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~
Lots 20 and 21, J31ock 63, LAKEWOOD PARK UNIT 6,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 11, page of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You and each of you are notified that a suit to quiet title to the
above described property has been filed against you, and you are
required to serve a copy of your answer to the complaint on the
Plaintiffs' attorney, CHARLES ft. P. BROWN, ESQ., of BROWN, PAXTON &
WILLIAMS, 301 S. Sixth Street, P. O. Box I4I8, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, and file the original in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court on or before the ~day of August, 1978, otherwise .
