The above and foregoing cause came on for final hearing ;
on the date and at the time and place set forth in the Order to
Show Cause heretofore issued by this Court and in the notice ad- ;
dressed to the State of Florida and the several property owners, ~
taxpayers and citizens of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, includ-
. ing no~residents owning property or subject to taxation therein
and all others having or claiming any right, title or interest in
property to be affected by the issuance by the Fort Pierce Utilities
Authority of Fort Pierce, Florida, (hereinafter called "Plaintiff"),
~~of not exceeding $41,000,000 Utilities Revenue Bonds, Series 1978 '

(hereinafter called the "1978 Bonds") and of not exceeding $33,000,000 -
Special Obligation Bonds, Series 1978A (hereinafter called the '
"1978A Bonds"j, each issue being hereinafter more particularly .

described, or to be affected in any way thereby, as heretofore .
issued against the State of Florida on complaint of the Plaintiff;
Robert E. Stone, State Attorriey, having filed an answer herein,
this cause having duly come on~for €inal hearing, and the Court
