No taxpayer, citizen or other person has intervened or made application to become a party to said proceedings for the purpose of interposing objections to the grdnting of the prayers as ' se~ forth in said Complaint as provided by law. 16. The Answer of the State Attorney for and on behalf of ~ the State of Florida has been carefully considered by this Court. . Such Answer shows no cause why the prayer of the Plaintiff should not be granted and discloses no irregularity or illegality in the proceedings set forth in said Complaint, and the objections contained in said Answer be and the same are hereby overruled and dismissed. 17. This Court has found that all reguirements of the Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida pertaining to the enabling act and proceedings in the above entitled matter have been strictly followed. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the issuance by the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority of not exceeding $41,000,000 Utilities Revenue Bonds, Series 1978, to be dated, to be numbered consecutively from one upward, to be issued in the denomina- tion af $S,OOQ each, or integral multiples thereof, to bear interest at not exceeding the maximum rate authorized by law, and to mature serially in numerical order, lowest numbers first, on such dates and in such years, but not exceeding forty (40) years from the date - thereof, and in such amounts to be subsequently determined by teso- lution of the Plaintiff, is for a proper, legal and corporate public f purpose and is fully authorized by law, and that the 1978 Bonds and each of them to~be issued as aforesaid and aIl proceedings incident thereto are hereby validated and confirmed.
