MORTGAGfi MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIB AGREEMENT executed this 20th day of July, 1978 by GOLDEN TRIANGLE,
INC., a Florida corporation, party of the first part, hereinafter called the
Mortqagor, which terms used in every instance shall include the uartqagor's heirs,
executors, administrators, successors, leqal representatives and assigns, either
voluntarily by act of the parties or involuntarily by operation of law and shall
denote the sinqu2ar and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine and natural
and/or artificial persons, whenever and wherever the context so requires or
- c~i admits, and GUARANTEE TRUST LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, an Illinois corporation, party

. WITNESSETH, that for divers of good and valuable considerations, and
also in consideration of the promises and covenants made herein, the Mortgagor~
and the said Mortgagee hereby agree as follows:
That a mortgage between the Mortgagor and Mortgaqee, dated the 20th

day of October, 1977 and recorded the 28th day of October, 1977 in Official Records
J Book 276, Page 1315, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, was recorded

~~~'Lr to secure one promissory note, dated the 20th day of October, 1977.in the amount
of $30,000.00, and said mortgage as modified by that certain Mortgage Modification
Agreement, dated January 25, 1978 and recorded May 16, 1978 in Official Records
~ Book 287, Page 335, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, was recorded
_ to secure an additional promissory note, dated the 25th day of January, 1978, in

the amount of $15,000.00, increasing the total indebtedness secured by said mortgage
to the sum of $45,000.00; enc~uabering the property described as follows:
AZ1 that part of Section 30, Township 34 South, Range 38 East
lyinq South of the South line of that 150 foot Central and
Southern Florida Flood Control District Right of Way as now
established.
That the parties hereby acknowledge that the Mortgagor desires to
borrow an additional FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/200 DOLI.A_RS ($15,000.00) from the' •4~
- Mortgagee, and that in consideration of the aggreagate sum named in the promissory ~
note executed of even date he~exith and the promissory notes executed on October 20,
1977 and on January 25, 19?8;
It is agreed that the aforedescribed mortgage is hereby modified to
also secure the additional promissory note executed of even date herewith in the '
