THIS CAUSE having come to be heard before this Court on

the 14th day of July, 1978 and upon stipulation of counsel for y

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: '

1. That the Husband's Motion for a continuance is denied. '

2. That the Husband shall pay the amount of $75.00 per

week as support for the couple's three children. Said payments
~
are to commence Friday, July 21, 1978 and to be made weekly
j f;' thereafter. Said payments are to be made through the Clerk ~
~ ~
~ of the Circuit Court. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk
~ ~
~ ' of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife, MARIA ~

~ CRISTINA RING. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum

~ ~ of $2.00 as statutory cost to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk of the Court. Al1 payments shall be made in cash,
, money order or cashier's checks. Both of the parties are ordered :

~ : to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times.
~ 3. That this cause may proceed to Final Hearing which
