of Co~•enants arid Restrictions of the Property U~rners' I~ssociation; and I'urchaser
further aclmo~~rledges receipt of and reading and examin~tion oi said Daclaration, its
Exhibits, and bucl~et, sales Urochure and floor pl~n, and ack~na~ledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the succcssful oper~tion and ma.~age-
ment of the Condominiu~rt property and is i~n the best intcrests and for the benefit of
all the owners t}icr~in. 1'urchaser and all owners of parcels ~n the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision o~ said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confiYms and appmves all of the texms and provisions of said Dcclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees tliat the assess~nent tmd~r the
Property Ot~rners' Association docum~nts referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acl~o~~ledges and ~onfinRs
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~,mers' Associ-
ation has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obli~ations under the ;aid Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O~sners' Association and said Purcliaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Qvners' Association as ta his condominium parcel.
