ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT

City, Columbia County, Florida, in consideration of the sum of Ten and
NO/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to them

Florida, the receipt of which is_hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell.
assign, transfer and set over to James E. Towns and Lucy Towns, his
wife, their heirs and assigns all their right, title and interest ia and
to that Agreement for Deed dated November 5, 19?2 by and between Ralph

F. Shipman and Thelma L. Shipman, his wife, and Major Excavating -
- Company, Inc. , said Agreement for Deed being recorded in Official Records

Book 212, Page 1188 of the public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida:
- PROVIDED THAT by acceptance of this assignment the said James E.
Towns aed Lucy Towns, his wife, agree to assume, comply with and be
bound by a11 and singular the terms, convenants and conditions of said
Agreement for Deed and do hereby agree to hold the said Ralph F. Shipman
' and Thelma L. Shipman, his wife, harmless from any and aIl further
liability or obligation thereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have executed this Assignment of Contract
