HomeMy WebLinkAbout0410 Lots three (3) and four (4) and the North Seven and two tenths acres of Lot Five (5) according to 8ur~hfields Subdivision of Section Nine (9) Township 37 South, Range 41 East, as ahown upon the map of said subdivision recorded in Book No. 1 of Plats, at Page 131, Brevard County Records, said land being described as follows: Commencing at the waters edge of Indian River at a point in Section 9, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, where the south line of M. V. Turner's land intersects said water line of the river; running thence South 67° 10 ' West along the South line of M. V. Turner's land a distance of nine and fifteen- hundredths chains, more or less, to the subdivision line of the Section; running thence West parallel with the South line of the Section and continuing along the South line of M. V.~Turner's land a distance of nineteen and seventy-two hundredths chains to quarter section line; thence South a distance of twelve and ninety- nine hundredths chains along quarter section line to.the South piece of land belonging to M. V. Turner; thence East parallel with the Section line and along the North line of the South lot of M. V. Turner to waters of Indian River; thence running in a general northwesterly direction meandering the water line of the River to point of beginning; said land being bounded North and South by land of~M. V. Turner, East by the waters of Indian River and West by quarter section line containing 46 and ~hirty-six hundredths (46.36) acres, more or less, excepting a strip of land ~ fifty feet wide heretofore conveyed to the Florida East Coast Railway Company by deed recorded in Book V of deeds at page 660, also excepting a parcel of land used for section house grounds, recorded in Book 77 of deeds at page 342, described as follows: that part of the SE 1/4 of Sectibn 9, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, being part of the tract lately owned by 0. Loutrel Lucas, lying West of the Right of Way of the Florida East Coast Railway . Company described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the West limit of said right of way with the South line of the tract lateZy owned by 0. Loutrel Lucas and 1300 feet measured aZong the center line of said Railway from the section line between Sections Nine (9) and Sixteen (16)~ thence South 09° 28` West along said property line 59 feet; thence N 30° 4S` West 125 feet; thence North 89° 18' East 80 and 3/lOths feet, to westerly limit of right of way aforesaid; thence Southeast on a curve of 2000 feet radius to the left along the westerly limit of said right of way 233 feet to place of beginning, containing 10/100 acres, more or less; less the South 110 feet previously deeded. Together with all and singular the.riparian rights, tenements~ ~ hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
