WITNESSETH . WHEREAS . the said parties of the second ~art executed a certain
promissory note dated October 7, 1977 ~ whereby they pr~mised to pay to the

WHEI2EAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party af the first part. to
secure the above mentioned note. a mortgage on the fcllowing described ~remises.
to-wit: The East one-half of the following: Beginning 289 feet South
~ of the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 12,
c~ Township 35 Sputh, Range 39 East, thence run Westerly 30 feet to the
West boundary of Jenkins Road for the point of beginning; thence South
890 29' West 210.48 feet to a point; thence Southerly and parallel
with the East line of said Section 12 a di,stance of 176.82 feet to a-
s~ point; thence Easterly and parallel with the North line of the tract

Subject to reservatia~s, restrictians, easeme~ts and ri,ghts of way or recard; and
subject to an outstanding first mortgage from the grantee herein to First Federal
Savirags and Luan Associatian of Fort Pierce, dated February 15, 1977. reoorded in O.R.
Book 264, page 2787 of the public records of St. Lucie Crnnty,Florida, in the original.

AND WHEREAS. the said party cf the first part is now the holder of said note and
mertrage and the said parties of the secon~ part are now the owners of the said
mcrtgaged premises.
NOW THEREFORE. the s~ic~ parties hercto, for themselves and their assigns, hereby
mutualiy agree that the time f~r the payme~t of thc unPaid batance of $1Q,ppQ_p~
due on said note be, and the same is hereby exterided to be paid in the following manner:
$10,000.00 plus interest due January 7, 1979. Interest at 10
It being expressly understood and aqreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in
full force and efEect in a21 respects as if tl~e said Payments had originally been
paid as provided far in the ori~inal nvte, and that nothin~ herein shall effect or
impair any rights and nowers which the said party of the first Part may have thereunder
fcr the recovery of the said Mort~age Debt with interest in the case of non-fulfillment
of this agreement.
