KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, ~Vhereas,
LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC.,
by Indenture of Mortqage bearing date the 28th clay of September A.D.
1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
Record Book 206, Page 2585~ granted and conveyed unto NEW JERSEY
REALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey Corporation and assigns, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the
sum of Ti~iO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as therein
mentioned, as modified pursuant to a Mortgage Extension Agreement
including Georqe A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, his wife-, dated
November 26, 1973, recorded at Official Records Book 222, Page 821,
as modified again pursuant to a Mortgage Modification, Consolidation
and Extension Aqreement, dated yjune 10, 1977, recorded at Official
Records Book 274, Paqe 2297, all of which recordings were in Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND WHEREAS, MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association,
is now the owner and•holder of said mortgage
AND WHEREAS, LUCILLE V. COSTA, is now owner of the property described
in said mortgage and has requested the said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK
to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage: ~
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said MIDLANTIG NATIONAL BANK, as
well in consideration of the premises; the swn of one dollar and
other good anci valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid
by the said LUCILLE V. COSTA at the time of the execution hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said LUCILLE V. COSTA, her heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises
conveyed by said mortgaget, to wit: -

. The North 1b.66 feet of the South 24.58 feet of
Lot 4 of Block 7 of CORAL COVE BEACH SUBDIVISION
and the East 10 feet of a vacated alley adjacent
thereto on the West as recorded in Plat 8ook 11,
Page 308, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
SUBJECT TO the following:
MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, reserves unto itself and its successors,
assigns, lessees and invitees until such time as the mortgage
referred to herein is satisfied in full, over the property
being released_herein, all rights, interest and benefits, to the
party walls, covenants,.restrictions, servitudes, conditions,
reservations and easements subjected ~o said property by virtue
of that certain Declaration of Party Walls, Restrictions,
Reservations, Easements and Protective Covenants, recorded on
January 3, 1978, at Official Record Book 279, Pages 2483 - 2549-A
of the Public Records of St. Lucie Count , Florida.
