STIPULATION

Wife, by and through their undersigned attorneys, respectively, and
in consideration of the Husband's vo~untary dismissal of the Petition
for Enforcement of Child Visitation Rights f iled he rein, and the
entry of the Consent Order below, do hereby enter into this Stip-
ulation as follows:
1. The Husband, WAYNE P. DAMPIER, shall be permitted to visit
with the minor children of the parties, to-wit: CONNIE SUE DAMPIER
and WAYNE P. DAMPIER, II., on or between the following times and
dates at a location of his choice, but never out of the jurisdiction
of this Cou rt unless amicably agreed between the partie s:
(a) From 6:00 P.M., Friday until 7:00 P.M., Sunday,
j on the first and third week-end of each and
~ every month;
~ (b) On Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, a lternately,
~ in each year;

~ recess of the children fronn school;
(d) On each child's birthday, alternately, each year,
so that both ct~ildren shall be together on the
birthday of one child, one time during each year.
~ 2. That the Wife, JACQUEL~I~T S. DAMPIER, shall not remove the
~ minor children from the jurisdiction of this Court, or from the
~
~ permanent residence, so that they are unable to visit with the
~
~ Husband at the above appointed times, without first notifying the
~
~ Husband, and entering into an amicable rearrangement or reordering
s
of said times.
