1HIS CAUSE having came before the Court on the 24th day of ;
July, 1978, upon Petitioner's Rule To Shaw Cause and the Respondent having '

been present in Court and the Court beir~g fully advised in the premises, it is,
ADJUD(~D that I~R E. HAR1'had the financial abiZity to pay
the swns hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of willful
conte~t of this Court for his willful failwce to pay support payments as
~ ;
directed by Order duly herein, a copy of which is attached hereto and by -
reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERID A~ AD~ED that pwushment for contenpt shall be
suspended upon Respondent's compl-ianc.e with the followir~g terms and conditions
of this Order: .
1. Respondent shall contin~e to pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of ERIC HART, born December 22, 1973, minor child, the swn
of $10.00 per w~eek as current supnort, plus the s~n of $8.00 per week to be
applied to arrears in the amotmt of $810.00, plus an additional $2.00 for
payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These
pa.yments are to begin on the 28th day of July, I978, and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week; that said paym~ents shall be made in cash, by cashier's
check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, P. 0. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall
transmit the said payments to: Bureau of Support, Court of Ca?m~on Pleas, r
