' THIS CAUSE having c.~ne before the Court on the 24th day of
July, 1978, upon Petitio~ner's Rule To Shav Cause and Respondent having been
- present in Court and rhe Court being fully advised in the preanises, it is,

ADJtID(~D that WILLIAM L. SEAY had the financial. ability to
pay the suas hereinafter referred to and is nvw adjudged guilty of willful
contempt of this Court for his willful failure to gay support payments as
directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto arid
by reference made a part hereof, It is,
ORDERED AIm ADJUD(~D that as pimis}mient for contempt he is
hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail, ~
Fort Pierce, Florida, co~nmencing an the lst day of November, 1978, or as soon ;
thereafter as he may be famd. ~

Sheriff of st. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described

be promptly notified of his arrest.
