ORDER
Upon Stipulation hereto and the Cairt being fully advised in the
premises, it is,
pRDEREp Aim ADJUD(~D as follaws:
1. That Respondent pay temporary support to the Petitioner
for the benefit of SEIAI~WON I]AYLE BEYER, born November 17, 1969; minor child,
the stan of $15.00 per v~eek, plus an additional ~2.00 for payment of Clerk's ,
fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are to
begin on the 28th day of July, 1978; and thereafter on Friday of each an~d
every week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or
by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Coimty, ~
Florida, P. 0. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida. 33450; and the said Clerk shall _
IR transmit the said payments to: Child Support F~force~nent Section, 1317 Wine-

~ wood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the State of

~ Hawaii as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk

receives notificatian by the Department of Health And Rehabilitative Services
~ that the case is no longer a N-D ~ase, he will then foiward all si~pport to:
Chief Clerk, Third Circuit Court, 75 Auptmi Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
2. That this matter be continued.
3. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause •
for the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such,f,u~~der as
