~ ORDER ~
Upon Stipulation hereto and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADWDGED as follaws:
1. That ILespondent pay support to the Petitioner for the
benefit of JANES GREOORY FERQJ90N, born July 4, 1966, minor child, the swn
of ~10.00 per w~eek, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for
receiving and disbursing support payra~nts. Th~ese payments are to begin on the
28th day o~ July, 1978; and thereafter on Friday of each and every week;
that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal ~

money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Co~mty, Florida,
and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support En-
forcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for
transmittal to the State of Georgia as long as the case is certified as a ~
Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Departimen* of
Health ~ Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a N-D case, he
will then fo2ward all support to: Clerk of Superior Court, Coffee Cou~ty
Court House, Douglas, Georgia 31533.
2. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause
for tt,e purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as
may~be deemed equitable.
