i~ the hearing on the Writ of Habeas Corpus, and the Court having !

, the testimony of the parties, and witnesses as to alleged ~

exigent circumstances, and heard argument of counsel and ~

being fully advised in the premises, it is.hereby, ~ ;
'~f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: '

~ _(1) The Wife, GEORGIA WEST, shall return the ~
~I i
E~ custody of the minor child, ELIZABETH JEAN WEST, to the '
~ i
j, Husband in accordance with the final decree entered on "

` June 27, 1978. - '

(2j That the Husband, LAWRENCE H. WEST, shall not j
.j - ,
~4 in the presence of the child, have the-smell of alcohol
i ~
~i on his breath nor drink alcoholic beverages. Nor shall the (

Husband swear in the presence of said minor child. 1
i~4 (3) Visitation is hereby qranted to the Wife, ~
~I GEORGIA WEST, on alternate Sundays beginning August 6, 1978, ~

from the hours of 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at said times the Wife {
~ ,
shall be allowed to take the child away from the residence ;
i; .
and presence of the Husband but return said child at the
~
end of the aforesaid period; providing further that her be- '
~ havior and morals improve in a manner satisfactory to the Court. j

~ (4) That the Division of Youth Services, of the ~
~ ~
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State :
of Florida, is ordered to make and conduct a child custody ~
~ '
study_ in this cause , j
