THIS CAllSE coming on to be heard upon the verified

Petition of WILLIAM ANTHONY DOLAN for the adoption of ROBERT
- MICHAEL DOLAN and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to
be adopted and that the best interests of this child will be
promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for
adoption by the Petitioner~ WILLIAM ANTHONY DOLAN, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it_is `
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as ROBERT ;
MICHAEL CARTER is declared to be the Iegal child of the Petitionex ~

and is given the name of ROBERT MICHAEL DOLAN, by which name he
shall hereafter be known. It is further
