THE COURT, in the above styled case, having issued a Rule to
Show Cause to the Reapondent based noon the Yetitioner's allegation that
Respondent was in arrears in his payments for support as provided by
~ Order of this Court, and it now appearing to the Court that the Respon-
dent has remitted to the Clerk all sums alleged to be due from him, plus
Court Costs, no~,r, therefore, it is '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Rule to Show Cause heretofore
issued be and the same is hereby dismissed.
