ADJUDICATION OF CONTSMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court, that Phillip
Douglas Shelnut has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support
as reQuired by the Final Judgment entered on the 21st of November, 1974,
and is, as of this date, in arrears $3,539.50, it is
ORDERED AIZD ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in cont~mpt
of this Court, but may purge himself of this contemot by hereafter pay-
ing the $3,539.50 arrearage, at the rate of $110.00 per month. These
oayments to commence Avgust 1, 1978, and to be in addition to the regular
payments of $110.00 per child per month for two (2) children, making a
total nayment of $330.00 per month. i~ihen the arrearage has been paid in
full, oayments shall be reduced to $220.00 per month. To be included
;
with each payment, is a$2.00 statutory Clerk's fee. Payments to be made
~ in cash, cashier's check or money order made paya~le to ROGER POITRAS.

If ResQondent does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above,
~ he shall be rectuired upon written affidavit of Petitioner, to serve sixty
~
~ (60) days in the St. Lucie County Jail. It is further,
ORDERED that the Attorney's fees of $500.00 due to Ben L.
Bryan, Esquire, as ordered in the Final Judgment dated hovember 21,. 1974,

be paid in full three (3) months from the date of this order. Attorney's
fees to be sent to: Ben L. Bryan, Jr., Eseuire, P.O. Box 3230, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450
