IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that WILLIAM R. s
NEWTON has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as re-
quired~by the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 20th day of
April, 1977, and is, as of this date, in arrears $1089..50, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that for such failure he stands in con-
- tempt of this Court, but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter
paying $I,089.50, including $9.50 court costs, at the rate of $100.00 per
.month. These payments to com~ence the last day of September, 1978, and ~
each month after, until the arrearage is paid in full, these payments to
. be in addition to the r~gular $34.00 per week child support payments ~
provided for ~n the Fin~l Judgment. To be included with each payment, is ~
a$2.00 statutory Clerk's fee. Payments to be made~in cash, casbier's
check or money order, made payable to ROGER POITRAS. If Respondent does ~
not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, he sha21 be required ~
~
upon written affidavit of Petitioner to serve thirty (30) days in the St. ~
~
Lucie County Jail. ~
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained i

for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~ ~
