This cause came on to be heard on July 20, 1978 on the ~
Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the Court having heard
~

testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel for #
i
the Wife and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the Husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is found
to be in willful contempt of this Court for failure to comply with
the terms of Paragraph 9 of the Final Judgment entered by this
Court on July 5, 1978. ~
2. That the Iiusband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is now
! adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful ~

failure to comply and abide by the terms of Paragraph 9 of the
i
~ Final Judgment entered in said cause as hereinabove set out.
~
~ 3. That the Court withholds punishment for said willful
~
contempt by the Husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., pending further ~
,
_ ~
hearing. ~
4. That the Husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAI~R, JR., shall pay
to the Wife the sum of $335.52 for damage to the 1976 Mercury Monte
~ Carlo automobile belonging to the Wife.

5. That the Husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., shall pay
to the Wi£e the sum of $335.69 to bring the total up to $1,919.00 in
~ GR ~r
