ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on July 24, 1978 on the
Wife's Motion to Tax Costs in the above entitled cause and the Court
having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties and being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER,
-JR., shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum.of
~$238.20 as set out in the M~otion To Tax Costs filed in said cause on
or about July 12, 1978. Said payment shall be made on or before
September 1, 1978 in the total amount of $238.20 as arrived at by
deducting $25.00 from the expert witness fee of Rupert Jasen Smith,

~ Esquire. That said fee is reduced from $150.00 to $125.00.
