ORDER _
Upon Stipulation hereto and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is,
ORDERED AAID Al1IUD(~ED as follows :
1. That Respondent pay support to the Petitioner for the
benefit of WF1~ll~Y DANLEY, born May 19, 1975, minor chi2d, the s~un of ~20.00
per w~eek, plus an additional ~2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receivir~g
and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the
day of July, 1978, and thereafter on ~,r,'o~ of each ancl every
week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by
postal money order to the Clerk of t~e Circuit Court of St. Lucie Coiu~ty,. ,
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said paym~ents to: Child
Support Enforce~ent Sectivn; 1317 Winew~ood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida
32301 for trans~mittal to the State of Utah as long as the case is certified
as a Title N-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Depart~ment
of Nealth $ Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a N-D case,
he will then fon,rard all support to: Seth S. Alle~, Clerk of the District
Court, Courthouse, Cache Crnmty, 160 North Main, Logan, Utah 84321. ~
2. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause
for the purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further 4rders as
may be deaned equitable
.
