ORDER
This cause was duly pr~esented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
1li~NA.S JOI-flV MARTINEI.LI, born 2/28/61; KEI'II-1 FRANCIS MARTINELLI, born 11/24/63;
and DANA MARIA M~TINELLI, born 4/6/66;
minor children, the sum of S; 25. 00 pe1 week plus and additional ~$2 • 00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to bean on the

of each and every wt~e~ that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check '
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. 0. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida/and the said Glerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Supt~ort Enforcement
I; Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transanittal to
; the State of Pennsylvania as long as the case is certified as a Title N-D case.
~ If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health $ Rehabilitative Services
; that the case is no longer a N-D case, he will then foYward all support to: Monrce
~ Coiurty Probation Department, Court House, Stroudsberg, Pennsylvania 18360.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
