February 1. 1977, to furnish labor, seryices and materials consisting
of general building materials on the property owned by CAROL CARR,

On or about May 18, 1977, SCOTTY'S, INC. filed for record
a Claim of Lien against the above-described property in the office
of recorder or St. Lucie County, State of Florida, which Clain of
Lien was dul.y recorded in ~fficial Record Book 26$ at page 906 of
said county. '
In consideration o£ Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars.
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, SCOTTY'S, INC. releases the
above-described property and CAROL CARR, personally from all liability
arising out of the labor, services, and materials consisting of general
building materials to the property of CAROL CARR, under the terms
of the above-mentioned contract. and authorizes and directs that the
above-mentioned lie be discharged of record.
