Will of Thomas F. WiY1is, deceased, for the benefit of
Joseph Willis, Eileen~Willis, Edward Willis, and THOMAS F.
WILLIS, JR. and JAM~;S J. WILLIS, as quardians of th~ property
of JOSEPH WILLIS, EILEEN WIZLIS and EDWARD WILLIS, hereinafter
called the Mortgagor, to SUN BANK OF' ST. LUCIE COUNTY, hereinaf-
ter called the Mortqaqee:

"mortqagee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, leqal ~epresentatives and
assigns of corporations; and the term "note" in-
cludes all the notes herein described if more than
one . )
WITNESSETH, that for qood and valuable considerations, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the ~nort-
qagor hereby granta, bargains, sells, aliens, remi.ses, conveys
and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land of
which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

Lot 5, Block 16, SURFSIDE UNIT TWO, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
11, paqe 8, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. _
THIS mortgage is given as additional se~curity ~
for that certain $35,000.00 promissory dated
_ May 17, 1976, to Sun Bank of Port Pierce,
which note was renewed on Auqust 15, 1976, and ~
further renewed on November 13, 1976, and fur- ~
ther qiven as additional security for that cer-
tain promissory note dated November 22, 1977,
qiven to Sun~Bank of St. Lucie County in the
original principal amount of $5,631.94 in order
to secure the unpaid balances of said promis- `
sory notes. `
