4. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of
natural growth and other obstructions on the above described lands
to such a height so as not to exceed 50 feet above ground level

approval for a greater height by submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 !
to the Federal Aviation Administration.
5. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors ~
and assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands which i

of the St.Lucie County Airport. ~
6. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors ~
and assigns, that if a concrete_block building containing at

least 6000 square feet is not completed and occupied by it within i
one (1) year from this date, it will reconvey said property to the
Grantor upon the Grantor refunding the purchase price.
