Estate of DELLA CEE HORNE, Incompetent, respectfull.y shows: ~
1• That~your Petitioner Was duly qualified and ap-
pointed as suth Guardian of the Estate of DELLA LEE HORNE, In- .
competent, on June 8, 19??, and is still acting in that !
capacity. °
2• Your Petitioner deeRS it in the best interest of
the idard's Estate that that portion of the Ward's jointly owned ;
real property hereinafter destribed, be sold, inasmuch as a '
firm offer of purchase has been received from WILLIAM IftELAND-
3• Your Petitioner believes that it is in the best
interests of the Ward's ~state ta sell the property of the Es-
tate as shown by the Estate Inventory. The property herein
under consideration is described as follows:
