BEFORE ME, an officer duly suthorized in the State and
County aforesaid to take acknowledgements, personally appeared
JOHN E. ALBERT to me well-known, and who being duly sworn deposes
and says:
THAT JOHN E. ALBERT, a/k/a JOHN ALBERT, and EDITH
- ALBERT, his wife, were the Grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed dated June 13, 1955, filed June 28, 1955, and recorded in
Deed Book 202, Page 499 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, FZorida on the property hereinafter described.
THAT JOHN E. ALBERT and EDITH V, ALBERT, a/k/a EDITH
ALBERT, his wife, were the Grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed dated July 15, 1960, filed December 1~, 1960, and recorded
in DeedBook 263, Page 414 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida on the property hereinafter described.
THAT JOHN E. ALBERT and EDITH V. ALBERT, his wif~e,
were the Grantees in that certain Quit Claim Deed dated and filed
August 31, 1964, and recorded in Official Record Book 97, Page 315,
of the Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida on the property
hereinafter described.
TNAT JOHN E. ALBERT and EDITH V. ALBERT, his wife, were
the Grantees in that certain Quit C1aim Deed dated and filed Dec-
ember 16, 196~+, and recorded in~Official Record Book 106, Page 148.
, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on the property
hereinafter described.
THAT the property described in the aforesaid Deeds is
described as follows:
Lot 10~ MARY A. CHAPPELL'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on record in PZat Book 5, Page 52, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THAT JOHN E. ALBERT and EDITH V. ALBERT were husband
and wife at the time of the aforesaid conveyances and that they
remained husband and wife continuously to the date of the death ~
of the aforesaid EDITH V. ALBERT on June 30, 1976.
