THIS INDENTURE made this ZSth day Of March , 1978
between FAE S. RUBIN and MARK R. RUBIN, as Perso~al Representa-
tives of the Estate of HERMAN RUBIN, Deceased, Part~es of the
First Part, and William Cl~rence Hersey and Frances S.
Hersey, his wife , whose mailing address is: 6301 Arapahoe_Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 334S0.
WI'rNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them qiven in and by the Last Will
and Testament of HERI~IAN RUBZN, Deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable
considerations in hand pa.id, gr3nt, bargain, sell, assign, release,
convey and confirm to the.Parties of the Second Part, their heirs,

parcel of land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State

SUBJECT TO: land and that same is not now, nor has ever been, the homestead
ot the grantors.
