between FAE S. RUBIN and MARK R. RUBIN, as Personai Representa-
tives of the Estate of HERMAN RUBIN, Dece sed, Parties of the
First Part, and Willfam Clarence Hersey an~ Frances L. Hersey, his wife,

~WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will
and Testament of HERMAN RUBIN, Deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars ana other good and valuable .
considerations in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, assign, releasef
convey and confirm to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs,

grantors.
